Trilogy Medical Facility

PCG relocated sewer and water mains to accommodate the building footprint and supply service to the building.
The existing development was demolished in order to make room for the new construction.
The parking lot design was extensively landscaped and coordination was been made with the city to replace existing street trees.
Irrigation plans were provided for the landscape.
Utilized and improved the existing stormwater detention facility to incorporate underground storage and water quality for the development.
