The Lakes at Green Valley Industrial Development

Designed The Lakes at Green Valley, a planned industrial development situated on 450 acres of land in Spalding County, Georgia.
Design featured nine lakes running continuously through the heart of the property.
Designed this industrial development to allow commercial, residential, and nature to co-exist in harmony.
A new parkway 2.1 miles in length was constructed to provide access to the industrial lots and ties directly to State Route 16.
Designed improvements include 6,880 linear feet of public sanitary sewer and 19,423 linear feet of new public water main.
The overall construction involved earthwork quantities of nearly one million cubic yards and the rehabilitation of nine of the lake dams.
