Spalding County Senior Center

Designed and managed construction of the conversion of a 1960 department store to a senior citizen recreational center.
Rehabilitate the existing site, which had no storm water detention or curbing and flooded the roadway every rain event.
Designed two detention ponds, a retaining wall, and a flume after an extensive hydrology study for the entire site.
Completed the DOT entrance and deceleration lanes, parking lot, site layout, and grading plans.
