- Designed the logistics facility, a 160,000 square foot office warehouse with employee parking and a loading area
- Met the challenge of connecting the proposed facility to the existing Caterpillar plant with an enclosed passageway so that parts could be moved from one building to the other by forklift without leaving the buildings.
- Designed retaining walls and grading to maximize the buildable area of the eleven acre site and match critical elevation for the passageway connecting the two buildings.
- Performed an offsite sewer extension to provide service to the new building, obtained easements, designed landscaping and stormwater control plans and coordinated with the local government properly rezone the property and obtain variances.
