Worked in coordination with other consulting firms to analyze several areas in Spalding County as potential sites for a new airport location.
Analyzed sites for location to public access, access to public utilities, proximity to public services, potential earthwork cost, conceptual outparcel planning, conceptual infrastructure design, and flight path obstruction.
Rated and ranked the sites based on the above criteria, as well, as the potential value to development.
